The visit to the Historic Winery invites you to take a self-guided tour through its heritage gallery, a unique space that brings together fundamental pieces of the winemaking industry from the 16th century onward. Through this tour, visitors can discover the evolution of production processes, tools, and knowledge that shaped the history of wine, in an environment that preserves the memory and legacy of winemaking.
